My home has a melody. It’s a mix of bouncing dryer balls, chirping birds, 3 sets of tiny nails on linoleum, the background den of my husband working and the cartoons we leave on for the dogs in the other room. At night it becomes a hum of soft snores some times accompanied by raindrops and rustling leaves. These sounds sing straight to my heart.
My contribution is, let’s say a little more jazzy. From disruptive bursts of cuddle attacks including monster noises and sound affects to loud off key impromptu songs including such topics as “Duty with the booty”, “Sugar Face is the Sweetest Face”, & the oldie but goodie “Xena-Beana” I have lots of range but all at high volume.
I wish you the same harmony that we have cultivated in our home.
